The International Mad Honey Standards Institute was formally established to bring scientific rigour, ethical standards, and supply chain traceability to the global mad honey industry. The institute was founded with a mission to protect consumers, support harvesting communities, and advance evidence-based understanding of grayanotoxin-containing honeys.
